Poor Planning
The planning needs to happen months in advance. You need to transfer your finances, open new accounts, close old accounts, find an apartment or home, cipher through your belongings, budget for the move, and the list goes on.

Some of these tasks aren’t too complicated, and you might be able to do two or three. When it comes to packing, tackle one room at a time. Make a pile for items coming with you and items you’re giving away. Color code them if you need to.
